Guy LaPlante, CEO, General Contractor

Guy LaPlante is the owner and CEO of L Jackson Construction and Development LLC, a fully licensed, insured, and bonded construction company.  He attended Central Connecticut State University and began his career as a steel building construction superintendent for Southwest Florida Steel.  Guy has more than 20 years of construction experience, including running his own successful general contracting business, managing projects for other developers, and sponsoring his own commercial development projects. 

Biff Schechinger, Architect

For more than 30 years, Biff Schechinger has designed and administered the construction of residential, commercial and institutional projects throughout New England and New York. Biff's career started with an environmental engineering group followed by work in one of New England’s premier landscape architect firms. He manages a successful private design/development firm, focused on cutting-edge residential community planning, commercial/industrial design and campus master planning. Several of his projects have won planning and design awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects and National Home Builders Association. Biff holds professional registrations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. 

Hans Winkel, Architect

Hans Winkel has more than 25 years of experience as an architect. He is an owner and partner in a private architecture practice focused on multi-family housing, office, medical, retail, hospitality, and other commercial and industrial uses.  His extensive experience includes new construction, redevelopment, expansions, renovations, and tenant build-outs.
